Anyone reading this is for you. I'm new to message boards and such....would someone please give me a run down of all the abbreviations you guys use? Any and all would be appreciated. DH, DB, TTC, OPK.....the list goes on. I've been taking over the counter ovulation tests for the past 5 days....instructions say the test line needs to be the same color or darker than the control line to be positive. This is the first time any line other than the control line showed up at all, so I'm taking it as a start. It was very faint though. I'm guessing that I'm going to need a stronger dose of Clomid to actually make things happen. It's just frustrating knowing that I've wanted kids since I was a kid myself. Now that I am in a place to have them I can't....not can't....just difficult. Especially when my best friend (whom I love dearly and said she would surrogate for my husband and I if ever needed) has gotten pregnant twice.....WHILE ON BIRTH CONTROL!!!!! Ok I'm done ranting. Any help, advise, etc...would be appreciated.

DH is \"dear husband\", TTC is \"trying to concieve\", OPK is \"ovulation predictor kit, BFN is \"big fat negative\" (on a pregnancy test), and BFP is what we all want \"big fat positive\". There is a website out there with all the abbreviations, I will see if I can find it for you.
