Ok well I made THE CALL... what call you may ask.... The CALL to the therapist.  My dr. had me call her so I can learn coping skills but she has been on vacation.  COPING SKILLS I am having anxiety that is how I am coping...just kidding...Because like I told her I would rather not take meds.. and I am currently taking zoloft.  If I could just stop the hyperventilation when I get anxiety Hey that would be a good thing...The funny thing is I just don't have time for this anxiety and panic business.  I am a busy girl... So what is on the schedule for today... Well the kids and I  have book club at the local library and I have to drop off clothes for my hubby so he can meet us at Lacrosse after he gets out of work.  I have to pick up a friends kid after he gets out of summer school do I can watch him.  It is going ot be nice outside so maybe we will go swimming give them something But that means I will have to pack a lunch.  My son weighs 90 pounds and he wants to lose 5 pounds so he can run the football once the season starts, so needless to say we can't eat at all those bad fast food places.  They are bad for you anyways..SO then this evening we have Lacrosse that starts at 5 and gets over at 6:30 then we have to run from the field over to karate that starts at 6:45 THANK GOD they are sorta kinda near one another...See I just don't have time for all that other crap, plus I have a salon in my house and I have a hair appt. today at 3 pm.  Plus I have to do the normal pick up all the crap.  For those of you , I didn't color my hair last night.. But I did manage to paint my toes and fingernails a pretty pink .  "I got that much going for me, which is nice" Does anyone know from what movie that line was taken?  DO I hear an answer?  Come on  I know you know... Ok get back to me..Psalms 56:3-4"When I am afraid, I will trust in you.  In God, whose word I praise, in God I trust; I will not be afraid.  What can mortal man do to me?"One last thought "Sometimes we are afraid to reach out and live the life that we believe we have been called to.  But fear is no friend.  It may seem to protect, but it slowly suffocates."Sheila Walsh
