Ok today is friday... WE have just been swimming at the YWCA the kids and I .  NOt too much on the schedule today.. I have to place my AVON order by noon.  THen later tonight my son has karate but that is about it today.  SO I just have ot do the normal house stuff wash up the dishes and work on the laundry... Let me just say house work BITES....I have some friends that finds cleaning theraputic... NOT.....I am a race with my aunt to read more books than her but she is single and has the time, right now she is smokin me... she has read like 10 and I have read only like 5 what is up with that.. BUt in my defense I have a hubby and two kids...

Oh our new dog Buster, they did a TERRIFIC job on him yesterday... When I went in to pick him up, I said " I am the owner of the extreme makeover you did"  They brought me the bag with all the hair they cut off and it was just like sheets of wool he was soo bad... He is so much happier... They gave us a percent off because we rescued him...which was nice of them... Oh I love wasabi... why did I just throw that in there, becuase i am sitting here eating wasabi chips and they are fab.....

Well I had a great night sleep last night and I am feeling pretty terrific today... PRAISE GOD...Finding a support group online was my dr. idea and I think she was right.... I love it on here.. Being able to help others out.. IT also helps you because you are not sitting and thinking and worrying about yourself... YOu are making a difference with others.  LOVE IT......

2 COrinthians 5:17  "THerefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a NEW creation; THE OLD IS GONE, THE NEW HAS COME."  So please remember that your old self is gone cast your cares and worries and anxiety and panice attacks, your sorrows on GOd, He will carry them for you... He do not want you to be burdened down.. The bible tell us that the Burden is not ours to carry... HELLO ... you have someone there to carry it for you... LET IT GOOOO.. 

Ok friends I am done ... blah blah blah....I think that sometimes i just run off with the mouth sometimes...
