HI, all! well last week I was again denied by our favorite SOCIAL SECURITY DISABILITY! AS I mention that last week their was a special hearing on CBS TV talking about whats wrong with SOCIAL SECURITY DISABILITY program?? well it was a short time & 1 person working for ssd. came on saying on tv that they are suppose to denie all clience who request ssd. in any way! & walked off the show so now as today I have been denied by ssd. 4times ! so now i'm on my 5th apiel & waiting for my wonderful lawyer who also is a looser! but i'm at the end of the line with themI don't know what or where I or who I should go too just rideing it out ,they (lawyer) says they should have all the paper's filled out by fridayof this week! we hope so cause they do not care about our personal lives ! we have bill'e pouring in ,we make the phone calls asking & begging for help & understanding to get a reduced price or time delay - but it's not really helping much! - SO everyone please becareful if & when you have too aply for ssd. - GOD BLESS YOU ALL good luck! -PETERS.

Consider getting a new lawyer, an entire new law firm to represent you as you are not being represented legally the way you deserve! The system works hard to deny everyone in the hope that we all give up and won\'t bother filing or fighting against \'em in their trying to \'steal\' what we rightfully have worked, paid into the system and well deserve. Don\'t give up and know my prayers are with you for JUSTICE to come your way once and for all dear friend!!! Hugs and Peace...
That freaking sucks. You don\'t deserve to be denied 4 times! I can\'t believe that.I don\'t know if you can afford a better lawyer but if you can I would find one. I wish you luck, I know it must be really hard on you and your family.

Man, you need a better lawyer to help get this thing true! Four times denied? Your doctors haven\'t been helping much either. Do their statements to ssd support your claim? Did ssd send you to their doctors for exam?
A friend of mine who is in about the same shape as me applied last year and when he went to ssd\'s doctors, they didn\'t really examine him. They just looked at all the medical papers and had their minds made up before he came in for the exam. They approved him on the first try.
I know from all you\'ve told me that you should have no problem in getting approved. So the only thing missing is your doctor\'s statement supporting your claim and your lawyer doing the right thing.
My advice is to look at these two areas real close and maybe change something there as you apply again.
I sent you a message, please read that. And by the way, if you get a new attorney (who specializes in disability), they don\'t get paid until you receive your SSD. They deduct and send the attorney theirs from the backpay. By the way it sounds, you first applied quite some time ago and they have to go back to the date you first applied for it. The attorney isn\'t cheap but in the long run, it\'s worth it!!

I\'m sorry that your being denied once again. It is so hard. I think that there needs to be a better way of determining if someone is really in need or not. They say that there are too many people out there clogging up the system with false claims. It seems that honest people get nowhere in this old world. I know this isn\'t true but it sure does seem that way. Anyways don\'t let them get you down. It is easier to say than do I know. Keep at them!!!! I know someone that tried 5 times and on that fifth time he got it. The system is screwed up I agree. I hope that you get the ok soon. Hopes and prayers are being sent to you and yours.

Hi Peter,i am not quite sure were you are from,but i have never heard of such a thing,as what they are doing to you,by all means change your lawyer,i got a lawyer and didn\'t have to pay a thing till i was accepted,yes they have to back pay you from the time you first appilyed,i fought them tooth and nail,get all doctor\'s reports in wrighting of everything that is wrong with you,get your doctor to send you to a phycritrest and realy lay it on about any disorders you may have,even if you must cry,have that report sent to your doctor and lawyer,as well as all medications you need to be takeing,call your member of parliment,tell them your story,i did all that and they took one look at it and i was approved first time,look at my profile and see all the things i have wrong with me,there are a few that are not listed,what they are doing to you is just makeing your health problums worse,let the doctor know these things hun,you must fight and win,and i am sure you will,but get a better lawyer in this field.your friend carla7777...xxoo...Best of luck,don\'t let them get away with anything.
