ALSO GET YOUR W/C DR GIVE YOU ON EVERY VISIT WHAT THEY TYPE OUT ON YOUR FINDINGS CAUSE WHEN THE SSD STUPPID JUDGE CALLS YOU IN TOO THE HEARRING YOU NEED TOO HAVE ALL PROOF AT THE MOMENT NOTICE WHEN SHE ASKED FOR WHAT EVER!YOU DO NOT HAVE MUCH TIME DAYS TOO LOOSE BEFOR THEY MAKE A DECISSION ON YOUR BEHALF WHICH WILL OR CAN DESTROY YOUR FAMILY & HOME AS OF NOW THEY SSD IS BREAKING UP OUR FAMILY & HOME AS WE ARE GOING TOO NEED TOO MOVE OUT BY FEB. 2008CAUSE WE HAVE USED UP ALL OUR SAVENS IN THE LAST 29 MONTHS SOFARFROM THEIR INCONSIDDERENT COLD BACK STABBING WAYS THEY DEAL WITH US WHO ARE REALLY HURT( YEAH I KNOW THEY DON'T KNOW WHO'S FAKEN IT OR NOT!) BUT I WAS INJURED ON THE JOB,29 MONTHS AGOFROM BEING A LOYAL EMP. FOR A CO. WHO GAVE A SPEACH AT THE XMASS PARTY STATEN WE ARE ALL A FAMILY & FRIENDS HERE KEEP WORKING HARD & THE BOSS SAYING ALL THIS WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU ALL! -- WELL I'M HURT LIKE I SAID 29 MONTHS AGO, THEY HAVE NOT CALLED ME OR CAME OVER SENT A CARD ASKING IF I NEED ANY HELP??? - SOB. THEY ONLY CARE OF THEMSELVES! - SO PEOPLE BECAREFUL ON WHO & WHAT YOU WORK FOR!- THEY ALL WILL STAB YOU IN THE BACK ASAP! LIKE THEY DID TOO ME & SO DID THE W/C & SSD! How frustrating it all is! Those that need it can\'t get it, those that don\'t have no problem. I almost feel guilty saying but I was one of the lucky ones and mine went through the first time after my 4th back surgery I was just heading into my 5th. I get so angry with those that abuse the system. I\'m guilty of making my symptoms seem a little worse so as to get my pain meds when needs, but then again i have been yelled at for not taking them all. Pete is this your first time trying? I didn\'t use a lawyer so I was just curious you are always in my thoughts and prayers.

My heart and prayers go out to you as the system totally bites Americans with genuine disabilities every day with millions wh don\'t need it, get it, and screw with all of us who have worked and paid into the system! Did you hear that the war in Iraq is costing every American family over $7,500 years in taxes and price icreases on our most needed goods. Gas alone, this year, has been the highestt n history! I\'m certain as we all are that the President and his family are doing without nor having to fight w/c, ssd, etc. I am with you on your frustration in both heart and prayer for you and you family. I don\'t know if this helps but I have heard of people going to their senators and other politicians to help get their cases speeded up. You have already gone through it. I was just thinking that maybe you could call your politicians in your state and complain about your case. I don\'t know. I\'m grasping at straws. I don\'t want a person that really needs it to go without. It is unjust to the honest people. I wouldn\'t want to have to make the decision to give or not. When applying for disability you just about have to say that you will not have anything. That seems to be the norm. By the time that you are given the ok you will have lost everything. In a butt load of debt that you will never get out of. I\'m sorry. I\'m not helping. There are a lot of us mad people. I hope that you find your answere. I will pray for you. That is all that I can do.
Have you checked out the website www.disabilitysercrets.com -- lots of good insight about how the system works there. I just watched the CBS news special on how broken our SS disability system is and what a huge backlog of cases there are now. What\'s happening to people is terribly frightening.
