WELL everyone, the only thing I can say is the system stinks! - I am trying too apply for SSD! , already been turned down 2x & now waiting for the stuppid judge too make up her mind so I can or won't get SS.! I was in the hospital sunce SUNDAY - TUESDAY! so they still do not know why I was fainting so with all the taken away of my activities in life, backpacking, kayaking,camping, sports volleyball, baseball,basketball! wresling with my kids! well THEY NOW STOPPED ME FROM DRIVEN ANY WHERE - SO NOW I FEEL LIKE I;M A CAGED UP WOLF! NOT ABLE TOO GO ANYWHERE- - OUT HERE S. CAL. you need a car too get around!

You are really in a bad situation. Not only can\'t you get SSD but they won\'t let you drive either.
But things have got to get better. When things get to the bottom, there is only one thing that can happen, they have got to get better. But when. It\'s can\'t be too long. You are a strong person and can wait this thing out. I know from experience that it can seem like forever sometimes especially when you have so much pain. But the situation you are in now can\'t last forever. If I were you I\'d keep appealing the SSD thing until I got to the Supreme Court. And the driviing thing is certainly to be a tempory thing.

hey Peter my name is candy and i\'m going thru the same thing you are except the ssd i get a work comp check so they say i can\'t get both wc and ssdbut i was injured or rather had the hell beat out of me by a mentally retarded man i took care of i had 2 surgeries one fushion ofl5s1 any way i started passing out no warning just bam i\'d wake up later in even more pain but they still can\'t tell me why except they are called vasco vagal effects its when your pain peeks to a point where your blood pressure gets so high it just bottoms out almost like a flat line for a second it is a very scary feeling when you have every test done possible and that is all they tell you is your bp bottoms out from the pain start moving slower when getting up or wait a minute after you open the door before you head out side let your body get used to being able to feel them coming on you will be able to control them enough where you can say doc i was my driving privaleges back if you ever have any questions just type me up i\'m on everyday or i try to be i\'ll help all i can it helps knowing your not alone my husband had to take a family med leave when mine started then they wouldn\'t let him have his job back
