18 days smoke-free 8-17-10
Got my son Sam to the bus on time, this morning. He really doesn't want me to go to work since its a long weekend. His friends mom offered to watch him at her house while I fly Sat-Mon. I am feeling better,I think I should work. I have some anxiety over it since I haven't worked in over 3 weeks. I might fly to Lima, Peru... I enjoy going there. Its a change from the norm. Still deciding whether to pick up the trip or not.
No complaints feeling better, not much cravings for smokes.Greatful about that!!
Called some different Dr.'s regarding the biofeedback for my sons ADHD it all costs around 2,000 to get started with 20 sessions. Its definately something to consider but money is tight!!! I haven't given up on the idea, its a great possibilty!!
