I've been smoking again! Not a whole lot but I guess any is a lot to much! I don't know what to do anymore! I wanna quit but at the same time I don't! I know I have to want it more than anything to be able to quit on my own. Oh well, i guess!
Quitting smoking is SUPER hard!!! I\'ve done it like.... 800 different times!! You just gotta do it!!
Get a buddy that smokes go on vaca and quit together!!!! Sometimes it\'s easier to have some help! My brother and I quit together, a year and 4 months ago! We were on vaca visiting family...
OH! And and IMPORTANT thing.... for a set time (3 months... 6 months) save the money that you would have spent on smoking, after you get over your shock, buy yourself something nice... Reward yourself for being strong! It\'s important to remember the good things we do for ourselves. I got the cellphone I was dying for :)
Sometimes I still think about smoking cigs, and the thought will come, but it goes just as quickly as it came. Just remember how much it sucks to quit, and remember that you never want to have to quit again!!!!
Making excuses for yourself is easy.... we all do it (I do it all the time...) Dont\' make any excuses anymore!!
