I had a few cravings today, but all in all today went well. I'm stuck in the hospital being sober and it seems like smoking is all over on TV, it's kinda hard to escape it! But I'm doing my best!

I can not believe that you smoked with cf. I\'m so glad that you stopped. You will feel alot better just from that. How are you today?
