Yesterday me and my best friend hung out and did a whole lot of nothing! I'm so pumped that I get to stop my home IV meds on friday! I can finally be free! HEHE! I have a port so it's not to bad, but showering is hard with it and I can't swim with it accessed! Oh and I have to wear shirts that cover it so no cute dressing, it sucks because i love my cloths! hehe! I'm really kinda pissed though because after a week in the hospital and three weeks of home IV I still feel not very good. Like I feel a lot better from when I first went into the hospital, I couldn't breath without O2 ( O2 levals withouth it was 79%) and I had really bad chest pains. I couldn't even go upstairs to my room without completly feeling like I was gonna die! It was bad! I don't know why i haven't gotten A LOT better! I can't wait for this weekend though! Me and a bunch of my friends are having a bon fire and it's going to be so much fun! There will be music, my good friends, maybe some alcohol, a fire, and of corse......GUYS! I love the summer because here in my town there are a lot of bon fires. There's not much else to do here! Small town!Oh ya and we tried to peirce my best friends lip today! It was nuts! I got the needle threw but we couldn't get the lip ring threw. We might try again tomarrow with a bigger needle! Wish me luck!

Megan, That is good news that you get to be free of the IV on Friday..:) I remember the last couple times I had to have IV therapy at home I had so many problems. I was hospitalized with a blood clot, and also would have problems the the IV and the they would always have to keep moving it to the other arm, plus their were times after being on the IV for 4 weeks I was still sick.. After a while of being on IV therapy with the same meds your body gets use to it and it dosent work. Believe me it sucks.. The last time I have the IV was whem my oldest son was 2 years old. It was so so hard. Well Im glad that your free on Friday... Good luck with your friends peircing..
