I wanted to Thank everyone for the kinds words. It feel good to know someone is thinking about me. I feel the same for each of you.
I feel alot better far as being sick goes. My son is getting a little better. I had to rush him to the ER because he started vomiting all of a sudden around 2 o clock in the mrng. I thought it was from something he ate. The last thing he ate was from Wendy's.
He keep vomiting and I felt maybe I shold go ahead and take him into the Er. We stayed forever, we left at 2:34a and didn't get out of there until 8am.He vomitted so much until yellowish/green liquid came out with dark brwn spots that I assume were blood (Bile/indejestion Juice).The Dr/RN didn't seem to concerned when he did this.The Dr said he felt it was something he ate and dgns him with Acute Gastirtis. At first the way they explained it to me it was the lining of the his stomach that was irritated and from something that he ate either bacteria or viral. They prescribed him this medicine called Septra DS. I got on the internet yesterday and found out what Acute Gastritis was and also about the medicine. I wasn't happy with the what it said because this did not pertain to my son. I did some research and found out what I think it could be which was Gastroenteritis.
Gastroenteritis is a condition that causes irritation and inflammation of the stomach and intestines (the gastrointestinal tract). An infection may be caused by bacteria or parasites in spoiled food or unclean water. Some foods may irritate your stomach and cause gastroenteritis. Lactose intolerance to dairy products is one example.
Many people who experience the vomiting and diarrhea that develop from these types of infections or irritations think they have "food poisoning," which they may, or call it "stomach flu," although influenza has nothing to do with it.
Travelers to foreign countries may experience "traveler's diarrhea" from contaminated food and unclean water.
The severity of infectious gastroenteritis depends on your immune systems ability to resist the infection. Electrolytes (these include essential elements of sodium and potassium) may be lost as you vomit and experience diarrhea.
Most people recover easily from a short bout with vomiting and diarrhea by drinking fluids and easing back into a normal diet. But for others, such as babies and the elderly, loss of bodily fluid with gastroenteritis can cause dehydration, which is a life-threatening illness unless the condition is treated and fluids restored.

Acute gastritis is an acute mucosal inflammatory process usually of a transient nature.
Causes:
Drugs: Nonsteroidal anti- inflammatory drugs (eg. aspirin)
Alcohol consumption
Smoking
Systemic infection
Gastric irradiation
Ischaemia
Shock
Stress (burn, trauma)
Uraemia
Following surgery (distal gastrectomy)
Proposed mechanism of action:
- Increased acid production with back diffusion.
- Decreased production of surface bicarbonate buffer.
- Reduced mucosal blood flow causing disruption of mucous layer.
- Damage to mucosal epithelium.
My son does not have any of this and the test that should of been ran on him wasn't not even when I took him to his Peditrician. Here is the medicine Septra :

Sulfonamide (sul-FON-ah-mide) and trimethoprim combinations are used to prevent and treat infections. Sulfadiazine and trimethoprim combination is used to treat urinary tract infections. Sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim combination is used to treat infections, such as bronchitis, middle ear infection, urinary tract infection, and traveler's diarrhea. It is also used for the prevention and treatment of Pneumocystis carinii pneumonia (PCP). These medicines will not work for colds, flu, or other virus infections. They may also be used for other conditions as determined by your doctor.
I also read this med is very dangerous. I'm confuse on why this med was giving to him when he has none of the problems it used for.
My cousin told me I shouldn't have taken him to that Er b/c they're not good at dgn children. I should of went to this Er for children. I was so scared I went tot he closest one and I feel at fault for this but I know I can't blame myself b/c I did what I felt was right.
I taking him back to his Dr to get test ran on him to find out what really going on because I'm not satified with the results I was giving.

I read your post in the parenting section and commented there. I do think a physician familiar with children (whether in the ER or your own pediatrician should take a look at him). Please keep me updated.
It\'s good to take him to his own dr. Sometimes the ER doctors just try to get patients out as fast as possible.
