Work
I guess you could say work is finally getting to me. I was enjoying going back and being with people. But with the recent incident in a town 20 miles from my house it is just a little more than I can handle right now. I used to be able to come home and talk with John and he would know just what to say. But now I come home to an empty house with just my thoughts. Reading about the incident in the paper and hearing about it at work was bad enough. And then today we learned even more something so unthinkable. Still can't believe what I was told today. How can someone be so cruel? What he did is beyond disbelief. Casey Anthony would look like a Saint compared to what he did. Just wondering how someone could be so cruel to their own child just boggles my mind. Sorry for rambling but I honestly just needed to be able to put my thoughts to paper. Please pray for this childs family as they will have a rough road ahead of them. Not only having to cope with the lost of a child, they have to try to live with knowing what happened, but they will also have to go through a trial and relive it all over again. Thanks for listening. Today was not a good day. Sorry, Andree'

That is just horrible, saddening, terrifying news. I\'m so sorry you had a rough day. ((hugs)) I\'m glad you shared this here to get it out.
\"I come home to an empty house with JUST MY THOUGHTS.\"
That sentence really jumped out at me - exactly how it feels :(
The world sure is a cruel place. If we can survive it we surely must be strong. Diane
The absence of love and ever-growing inhumanity in our world is appalling. When we think of our losses and how much loved we were privileged to share, such stories stagger our understanding of the human race. May God shower His comfort and grace upon those who are suffering this loss. TJ
I don\'t know what is happening to our society that people have no conscious and don\'t care what they do to others to satisfy a sickness of their own. It is disheartening to say the least. I know having a loved one at home to share helps. That\'s just one of the many things we miss having. Prayers for this family.
So sorry that you had to come home to an empty house, after hearing of such tragic news. The world has really gone crazy hasn\'t it?! I still miss having my late partner being here when I walk in the door, ready to share anything & everything! Hugs & blessings to you, Jess
