update

wow havent been here in so long.  just thought i would catch up on my profile.  i'm still sober and hanging in there.  on summer holidays right now and had a minute.  i'm still sober and this is always a difficult time for me.  is' my summer holidays and it was a time i drank so heavily.  sometimes i miss that.. but i am still hanging in there. 
i hope everyone here that has helped me so much is doing well and for those i dont know, whatever your goal, it is definately achievable.  go for it.
