well i know i have been down this road before.  today is day 9 of my sobriety and i feel pretty good this morning.  i am still really tired and have moments of anxiety, nausea and headaches but nothing as bad as being hungover so i'm sucking it up lol.  i think i have learned that i cant set long term goals as far as trying to stay sober i can only set daily goals.  my goal today is to stay sober.  to fight cravings if i get them and to enjoy each moment i face regardless of how boring my day is at times right now.  i have lost a lot of my ambition over the past few years.  i have stopped doing things i used to love to do like drawing working out and being social.  with a clear mind and thinking about it that makes me sad and angry.  my plan is to slowly get back to doing the things i enjoy and i expect being sober and over time i will have the energy and desire to do those things again.  it amazes me how alcohol has taken over my life as well as my passions in life.  no it angers me.  i feel like i have become this lazy ass lump that was doing nothing but wasting my days and drinking my life away with no regards to anything or anyone else.  i want to hold on to these feelings and remember them when i crave the drink.  well enough ramblingheres to another day soberalwaysdragonfly
