today was a good day.  i am feeling somewhat human.  who knew eh?  i am beginning to slowly face issues in my life i have refused to acknowledge but its time.  i also went out to dinner with a gf and didnt drink.  had iced tea.  for me that is huge.  it felt good to have the moment in control.
