My b'day today and being alcoholic this makes it bad.  already had a drink at noon to celebrate with a friend and i dont see it stopping there.  family dont seem to see that i need support.  i guess its easier to hand over a bottle and leave me alone than take it away and give me the help i really need.  what are you going to do eh?  try to keep busy but hell even that doesnt help.  its a lost cause.  why fight it.  came into the world sreaming, maybe thats the way i'll be going out!!!!!
