Just updating my journal. Tonight I am alone, but not lonely. I am getting used to not having anyone around and it's got it's upsides and downsides. At least every daily decision is my own and I can choose whatever I want to go with. I am sitting here with my cat's head on my arm and it's not so bad. Very peaceful.I wanted to loose 3 pounds this week, but only lost 1 and half pounds. I need to get some more exercise, I guess. I stayed at the low end of my points range all week and still only a small loss. I excercised daily. I am a bit pissed, because I am sure if I was a guy, I would have lost 7 pounds. Oh well. I'll keep trying.Hope everyone had a nice weekend and that all is well in DS-land.Love and hugs!

I know the frustration of the weight game. Lifestyle eating changes are the best and proven way . Each person\'s body, needs and metabolic system are different. Remember Robin, thin isn\'t always wells either. Enjoy today whereever you are at and celebrate each meal and the gift of life it brings .
You are a beautiful work of art in progress,
Your friend

Just look at a pound & a half of butter and think of that being gone from your body:~) You did great...it is so hard to loose!

Glad you are learning to enjoy free time with you! It can be peaceful and helps me to get \"centered\" sometimes. My first 2 years after my divorce, I couldn\'t stand being alone. Fortunately my girlfriend and her 2 dtrs lived in an apartment that was directly upstairs from my 2 dtrs and me. It was a great time for all of us...the girls all bonded too. They still feel like family to me even though we have all moved on. Now I seem to cherish my alone time more (as long as there isn\'t too much of it!)

You really have grown so much stronger since I first met you on DS! Keep up the good work girlfriend :~)
