OkeeDokee! Got past Christmas and although I was fearing it and worrying about it, guess what... it wasn't bad at all! Just different!
Well golly gee! I spent Christmas eve with a friend from work and her family and had a blast AND I spent Christmas day with my brother and his wife in Ocala. Beautiful place. I enjoyed it very much. Even though my family is weird and disfunctional, I guess we have our own charm. Haha! I want to thank Ray for putting up with my various moods around the holidays. I am sure it was no picnic in the park for him either after his wife left him this year. Next year we will be together and our lives will be full and joyful again!
I have added some goals. I couldn't stop myself from slipping into the wonderful world of the foods of Christmas. I gained 6 pounds. I feel like a whale. It's hard to believe it packs on as fast as it does. Ugh! So... I am going to combine lower food intake, home improvement projects, and getting on the treadmill at work every day, if possible. I am sure once I get some weight off I won't be as tired and I will get more done, which should help me loose even more weight. I hope I can do this. I am so discouraged with this weight problem. It can make me feel like an outcast. invisible, ugly, unhealthy and ashamed of myself.
I wish everyone a very Happy New Year with wonderful new happy events and personal growth!
LOVE to all!
