I had to write another entry because I am focusing on my fitness goals a bit more and wanted to write down my feelings. I find that even a little exercise like 20 minutes on the treadmill improves my mood tremendously. Interesting.... :)
I was never really fat until I reached about 35 years. Then I ballooned up about 50 or sixty pounds. My second husband liked to cook... and eat...so did I.. and since we were both computer geeks we never did much exercising. We put on even more weight. We both lost a lot of weight a few years ago at weight Watchers, but I have since put some of it back on. I couldn't care less what weight he is at. He's probably all buff and studly for his new honey, sigh... but I digress...
I sometimes think about the young woman I used to be. I may have been all of 110 pounds for most of my teenage years. It doesn't really matter, but sometimes I wonder why this weight is so hard to loose now. I only want to get healthy again!

I know how hard it is but it will be worth it in the end. the older we get the harder everything seems to be!! I\'ve always struggled with my weight, there has never been a time when I thought I was OK. Even though when I look at photos now I can see I was slim, at least compared to now. I can gain weight in a second but it can takes months to come off. It\'s soooooo unfair. Have a great weekend darling, take some lovely pictures so I can show them to Mum. xxxxx
