I took the day off from work because I had appointment with the dentist. I have an unreasonable fear of dentists and I was there to have a molar extracted!! Yikes I was so scared! I thought at one point I was loosing it but thought about a beautiful lake with a mountain...etc....so peaceful. Breathe in, breathe out. The assistant said "You know when you are relaxed the teeth come out a lot easier!" Hehe! I feel a little foolish now, but it's over. Now I feel like I have been in a fist fight.
Time for a little nap and hopeful, happy dreams.

OH Robin, I\'m sorry. But its over and done with and you did it! Good for you. I\'m not big on dentists either. A cleaning I would go to every week, I love that feeling but anything other than that...NOPE I\'m such a baby too! Hope you are feeling ok today!! Big hug to you!
I hate the dentist too, even the hygenist. I only go to set an example to the kids. Can\'t wait for them to leave home lol. Hope you feel better when you wake up. Take care hun, xxxxx
