I gained weight this week and am really mad at myself. I guess I am not committed to making a positive change in this area of my life. Why can I not do this? Why is it just one week of eating like a normal person make me gain weight? I don't binge on high calorie foods or eat a whole lot. I know my age and just being female have a lot to do with it. I have been too busy to concentrate on my body and sitting at computer all day isn't helping matters. I just wish it was easier. THis is the one area of my life I feel out of control and it messes with my self-esteem, energy and fun sometimes. Well... it's time to start over again even if I am hungry all the time and even when I am tired I need to exercise and take care of myself.
This weekend I am filling boxes and bags with his stuff and am going to try and get everything ready for him so he will not have to stay long when he makes his final pickup and moves on an into his new home. I found a whole bunch of love letters and cards. He wrote over and over "eternally yours" "I have never loved anyone as much as I have loved you" "I will always be here for you" etc.. Guess it's the same story for many of you. At least he did love me and we had many good years. I didn't cry about it, but it makes you think back at all the people that have said this same thing meaning it with all their hearts at the time... only to have this precious connection come to a miserable end. Sometime they end it sometime you do, yet if your lucky enough to have love again, you forget about all of this and love again. It always feels wonderful in the beginning and hopefully turns into a solid connection that cannot be broken.
Hope you all had a nice weekend!
Love to everyone!!
