We went down to the courthouse today to file our papers. We laughed and joked alot and the clerk said to us... "Are you sure you guys really want a divorce?" Haha! I guess they have seen it all so we must be weird that we were so jolly about it. We went with the Uncontested and I will not have to appear in court. So it's done. In 4 to 6 weeks I will be single again. 
We had lunch and talked a lot. He has moved on and already has a girlfirend who he is taking camping on the weekend with her whole family. She can give him youth and beauty and whatever else he is looking for. I am happy for him and not at all upset. Yeah... I cried when I drove back from it all and had to go to work, but I said to myself this is the last tear I shall shed for him and I mean that.
I am hoping that there is a whole new life for me out there and that the path I have begun is the right one for me.
