I went to the Orchid Nursery today with the photography club and didn't get a lot of great photos, but got a few nice ones. Here is one.
I love flowers and photos of flowers, but too many people do them, so I was taking photos of roots and other things too. I will post anything interesting. I am hoping to find one to enter at DP challenge.
My STBX called tonight to tell me he got back from NYC OK. I lost my self control and got all nervous like a child again. I said I had a birthday present for him. (Stupid!) He said he appreciated it and we are still friends like I should understand this perfectly. He said he hoped I would always be his friend. I cried just a little.

when is your ex\'s birthday Robin? mine stbx birthday is monday....UGH...i didn\'t get a presetn, just got a card and gave it to him friday when i saw him.
My STBX & I don\'t even talk to each other let alone exchange gifts. It is good to be on good talking terms if you can. Of course I always remind my girls to give him a gift, so they don\'t forget and feel bad. I am always baffled at how someone loves you and then they can\'t stand to be around you anymore. I just don\'t get it! (I\'m talking about my STBX of course) C\'est la vie!

Oh hun, i know how hard it is when they say they want you as their friend. It doesn\'t occur to them that is not want you want to hear. It\'s not a friend you want, it\'s a husband! Keep the dam present and send him the bill. I\'m sure you can use the voucher on you, you deserve it, he doesn\'t. Take care xxxxx
