I have not been here in a long time. I miss you all. My dad had quadruple bypass last month. It was very scary at the time. But he is doing much better now. My life has reached a very slow pace. I have no psychiatric symptoms at the moment. I've finally learned I can't control everything! I hope to be here a lot more often.
