Do you know what? No one ever asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I just wanted to be a teacher. I wanted to fix what was wrong with the educational system. I wanted people to see what I saw in the disabled possibility. Through no fault of my own I had to stop teaching due to the evil bipolarĀ disorder. It's a funny thing now that my moods are level, I don't know what I want to be when I finally grow up. But I haveĀ some ideas. First, I would have wanted to be a travel agent. I'm always googling foreign places and converting money just in case I want to go to Paris or Switzerland or New Zealand. I have big travel dreams. Or perhaps I would make a good doctor. Because of my CP I had great medical experience. Or perhaps what I really want to be is a writer to write down my dreams and hope. Perhaps just to use my imagination that works so well. Instead of all these things, I am someone's friend someone's daughter, someone's sister and finally a child of God. My life may be moving very slowly but God has placed me here for his own reasons.
