after 18 years it's official, I don't particularly like my psychiatrist as a person. Last night we had our usual Monday night session.  He calmly informs me that I may be developing a severe case of OCD.  He just keeps adding labels.  I am not myself.  I am person with cerebral palsy and bipolar who just happens to have an eating disorder with parents who are over 80.  I fully believe he has finally stopped treating me as a patient and is now treating a bowl of alphabet soup.
I know the doctor is a busy man and there are a lot of very sick people but I don't think he even knows my middle name.
It has a lot to do with my medical insurance.  I a.m. strictly a Medicaid patient.  The only Medicaid psychiatric unit is the state hospital. I know I don't want to end up there.
I will be very compliant with my medication and grit my teeth.  Suicide is not my answer.
