Tonight...
Just rambling here, so I had a basketball game tonight & we we're playing the best team in our league & I had such a good game. I was hitting three's and I got inside the lane & played really good defense, but it was just so frustrating because my team-mates we're turning the ball over & just not following through with plays kinda doing there own thing, and we ended up losing by a good amount. I really wanted to win really badly & I was playing like I did. I wasn't guarding their best player until the 4th quarter and when I was guarding him he wasn't doing anything, but then out of no where all his other team-mates kept dominating & I was just getting so pissed at my team, but at the end of the day it's still just a game, but I hate losing it's so frustrating. Especially when you play so well it just leaves a bitter taste in you're mouth. When the game was over I didn't want to talk to anybody I kinda stormed outta the gym got in my car and drove right home & people we're trying to stop me, and say what a good game I had after I got my stuff, but that literally only makes it worse.. I have another game on Sunday so I guess I will just have to forget about tonight & just move on to the next game, but this is really upsetting. During the first couple games I wasn't playing very well a couple months ago, but now I have been playing so good & it just sucks to not have anything to show for it seems like when I play good we lose, and that's not a good feeling to be having.

I think you\'re being a tat bit too hard on yourself.
I\'m not a sports guru, but i\'m pretty sure basketball is a team effort. You can\'t be so mad at yourself, you all have to work together. Maybe you should talk to your teammates.
Hope the next game is better, goodluck! :)
Ya I think I was a little to hard on myself looking back I shouldn\'t just storm out especially since people wanted to see me I think it was rude of me. Thank you so much for wishing me luck on my next game though on Sunday that means a lot to me.
I can relate. I played basketball for 6 years, (school and AAU) and before I hurt my ankle I was honestly doing pretty well.
After games where you did your best and have it your all, it sucks to see that your team didn\'t pull as much weight as you would have liked. I\'ve stormed out of gyms also, not my best moments, but the heat of the game can kick up the heat of your temper. Every player recognizes that. Your teammates won\'t think any less of you, and neither will anyone else.
*gave it your all.
Gotta love autocorrect correcting things that don\'t need it :P
Being just a tad tough on yourself, eh?
