Had a great Fathers Day got spend it with my dad, first time in years. Got a great book from my wife, " Shit My Fathers Says," is the title and funnier than hell.
A couple massive panic attacks snuck up on me last week, I hate it when they do that. Not sure where they came from but I guess my mind thought it would be a good idea to throw them at me when I am starting to feel better. Have a history of them although I was not missing them so they can go away now.
Other than that life is chugging along, getting back on the rails again, ALL ABOARD Charlies Crazy Train. Toot Toot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Glad you had a great Fathers Day. Both my parents are deceased but I have a windmill that my dad made in the back yard and when the wind twirls the blades, I always feel he is watching over me and walking around in heaven. Corny, huh?
I now what it is like to have panic attacks. I take meds to control the aniexty ones. Otherwise my insides just want to move and I can;t sit still. Before the meds, some nights I thought I should go out walk to Milwaukee. Now I can keep it under control.
Had a great cardio appt yesterday. Blood pressure ws 104/58. I wanted her to check my pulse to see I was still alive. The coagulation was not as good. Blood too thin now, I guess cause I was eating lettuce salad and potato salad with mayo. Sometimes it is a real pain in the you know where just to keep track of what you should or shouldn\'t do in the name of health. Or you just want to eat a big handful of cashews and suffer.
Sorry, another small vent. Hope the sun is shining over you today. Have a great day and hope you are feeling better. Mary
Oh that book sounds good. My father died 26 years ago, but on some days it feels like yesterday. My step father is still around but there is a lot of family history, so I didn\'t go and see him.
Sorry to hear that you are suffering with panic attacks, they must be terrible. Take care Charlie
Glad you enjoyed your father\'s day!!! The book sounds fun, I guess it\'s similar to the TV show of the same name, which is very funny.
I wished I could have spent father\'s day with my dad, but he passed away 5 years ago, so spend as much time as you can with them while you have them. Do you still have your mother also? If so, cherish them now, and do all you can for them while they are still here.
Sorry to hear about the panic attacks, I know what that\'s all about, I haven\'t had one in a while, but used to get them all the time and know that they can be a real problem, especially when working.
Stay positive and try not to let the stress of everyday life get you down!!!
Will pray those panic attacks leave you alone!!!
Prayers and hugs, Jean
