Nice thunder storm pushing thru this morning, woke our son up and he came into bed with us. I remember doing the same thing when I was a kid and how good it felt to snuggle with mom and dad, some days it would be nice to be a kid again.
Feel myself spiraling downward, have struggled with depression and anxiety my whole life and this is a typical hiccup in my emotional well being. Usually only lasts a few days then I get back on track. Just another challenge to overcome. I look at other people who seem to have it so together and have no health issues and I am envious, of course they have issues of there own, but their lives seem so easy. I think I am just tired, sick and tired of being sick and tired. I will get my second wind back in a couple days, something to look forward to.

Hang in there Charlie. It\'s ok to be down. Its a tough disease and a tough fight you have to go through every single day! I have been going through this myself during this flare-up and I don\'t know what to say or do to cheer you up. I know there wasnt any one thing that people could say to help get me through it. Its just a process and it will pass. Stuff gets in your head and its hard to manage it all. Its impossible to be cheerful all the time when you are dealing with this disease. I am here for you if you need to talk and I am hoping for you to feel better soon! ~ Sue

I have those pity pot days too. Just sit in a chair and feel sorry for my self. I used to want to do so many things now I just don\'t have the energy or desire to do much. It seems like we look good on the outside and so much wrong on the inside. People just can\'t believe you are sick when you look fine. Then somedays the sun is shining and it all turns around, we laugh, look st the kids, have a good meal and life is good again. Hang in there Charlie. We all understand, hope you are better and we are here for you.. Mary

We all have those kind of days where we feel sorry for ourselves and say \"why me \", but then I always remember that it could be worse. There are a lot of people that have it worse than we do. I think we all suffer from depression with this disease, at least I know I do, and the anxiety that comes with it, but we manage to get through it, and I am sure you will too. We have to think of our families and how much they need us and keep on trucking for their sake.
May God give you strength!!! Hope you feel better soon !!!
Hugs, Jean
