New Doc

Saw my new Doc today and he was a great guy. Going to run a few more tests before committing to the Remicade, gonna take about two weeks fior the testing but I have waited 6 years what is another couple weeks. Dont want to be patient but no choice in the matter I suppose. He spent two hours just talking to me asking questions and gave me my chance to ask which I thought was great. I told him I had heard he had a giant ego and that I didnt care cause I did not want to be his friend. He told me that was great as he is not getting paid to be my friend and then we laughed and joked. He explained to me that it has nothing to do with ego but everything to do with doing the best he can for his patient. At the end of my appt. he gave me his personal cell # and said call him anytime day or night if I have problems regardless of what they are. I have never had a Doc do that and he was 100% honest with me, I think I may have found the one who can help me, I hope and pray anyway. Have a good feeling about this guy and my future, on the road again.
