Yeah, yeah yeah, I did make the fudge...I'll probably only eat bout a 10th of it, I don't need the sugar.  What happened is that at the begining of the month I found The Nutcracker Suite on YouTube. 

It reminded me of my mom making fudge for the holidays.  I remember being just big enough to stand on a chair near the stove to watch and I remember Nutcracker playing in the background....so, I just had to get fudge fixin's when we went grocery shopping.  Well as Eah mentioned in her journal today, it was a - it's cold and windy and raining stay at home day...so what better to do than put the tunes on and make that fudge.
