Ever since I read that saying about 3 years ago I thought, THAT\'S IT! It doesn\'t mean being totally self-absorbed, or \"what\'s in it for me\", it means living life authentically, going outside our comfort zones and what we perceive as our limits. It means being connected to all that is around us... even barking dogs. All senses and then some, all talking to the brain and heart.

You must read: The Bodacious Book Of Succulence: Daring to live your succulent wild life! By Sark

Oh if we could get the world to live this way! Boy would it be nice to get together with you and your wife for discussion groups.

I checked the reviews of that book. OK if anyone doesn\'t read it then go ahead and stay the way you are and stay right where you are. What the heck a year from now what difference will it make? I hope to be gone from the state that I am in and where I am inside me while you will still be right where you are at...:) Thank you Sir and we would love to spend those conversations with you as well.
