Just a note about the picture of the sky I just added (Suprise!)  I was taking pictures of the falls downtown and something seemed to say to turn around and look up.  Thats the picture.There are wild fires and brush fires all around us which is causing the sinuses to be pretty much plugged.  Could only wear the mask for about 3 hours.  Tried to put it back on after using the toilet and that lasted about 1/2 hour!  I do see the difference in the following day when I don't get a good 4+ hours on the machine.This whole thing seems like such a nuisense!  What happened to the days of just going to bed? Yeah I know I got older and my body has been gradually changing and now all of a sudden its here.  I used to wake even myself up with the snoring!  (Hey who's that loud snorer in here with me!)  I'd wake up and realise that it is me.  Can't wait to get regular and thorough sleep again.
