insomnia

OK well my brother still hasn't spoken to me since we fell out. I think I'm labelled the mental hand grenade of the family xxx Ah well could be worse xx I know I'm a good person xxx I just have idiots in my family that are ignorant and misunderstand me x
Someone very dear to me has divulged they are self harming and have been now for about 6 weeks:(
They have no idea why they started this or even what the urges are:( I am going to watch and see what I can do to put the right help into place
 
Good news ...... I HAVEN'T been unwell since 2007 :) Happy days xxxx
