Things at work are a bit better.  The dumb boss is being put in her place by not just me...but many others...karma can be a bitch. The chemical low of the Lamictal being a bad fit for me is lifting - as we have cut the dosage in half.  I was having a difficult time even walking - I was so weak. I started Wellbutrim today VERY low starting dose - still on Lamictal, 75mgs and SO many other meds.Cutting down on the Trazadone - and hope the sleep does not get too rocked.  My Doc is upping the Synthroid even more and the first increase went well....but with the combo of starting an antidepressant at the same time - I am really terrified. Synthroid and Prozac made me INSANE 4 years ago. (what I call the "beginning"). I know that I am in better hands now and on a mood stabilizer.  Just nervous. Don't need anymore craziness as I am trying to function at work and feel like I am under a microscope.  (why the hell did I even go on medical leave to end up in the same damn place?!?! UGH!) Just to write this post or any email - I need to proof read for about 10 to 20 mins....I find so many errors over and over....my focus it really poor and congnative skills have slipped backwards again.  I have not even turned on this computer in over 10 days...it is just too hard right now.So, all and all...I am doing a bit better....but still struggling and fightening for balance.

I\'m glad that you are seeing a positive improvement. I have trouble with concentration and cognative skills as well. It really showed when i tried to go back to work about 2 yrs ago (then was fired). I feel better as well, since \"the beginning\", but not back to normal. I\'m glad to hear from you.
