Now, if I could sleep past 6am, that would be a bonus!  I'm up again...it's still pitch black outside. Just heard a train go by.  I've had a squint out the window and can see the white foam on top of the waves rolling in.  This is the Med remember!! Anyhow, finally managed to go out for the salad last night! They were all there - Ramon, Carlos, Josep and Javier.  Why do I keep banging on about this salad?  I just like it!! Mixed leaves, lettuce, cherry tomatoes, goat's cheese, pine nuts and sultanas.  And the BEST balsamic vinegary type dressing thing! (Don't ask me, I don't even pretend to be Gorden Ramsey!!)  Add to that two slices of toasted bread with garlic and tomato rubbed on, a generous drizzle of olive oil and a touch of salt.  Mmmm!  And then some of the free garlic bread.  And a couple of mouthfuls of salmon with prawn sauce. (Not mine, but I was told to eat it!)  After that, a Crema Catalana.  And then a Carajillo de Baileys.  And then a Malibu and Pineapple to celebrate Josep's birthday.  And then a chupito.  How I force these things down, I'll never know!No plans to get up early today though.  I think it was meant to be a easy day and then we're going out about 5 to go and see the Kings procession through town.  Never been here for the Kings before...should be an experience!
