Will sit down today and suss out a date for the operation to reshape my ear. Then I think I should be on the final straight...
Am still absolutely knackered - probably part to do with the illness but also might be something to do with all the 4am mornings I keep having. Must put a stop to that!
Right, as of today, food is no longer my friend. Will try to get that into my head. And try to stop imagining that the tortilla chips on the side are calling my name...! (Have no dip anyway, so they're a bit boring!!)
