Yay for a good day!!

Missed an appointment last week for a blood test, rang up today. Got told they have no appointments for blood tests until 31st January...hello? It only takes two minutes. Anyhow, booked it so will have to continue being anaemic until then.

Then went to the hospital. Saw my lovely, lovely, lovely Consultant who said that my ear is looking fine. Said my line can come out - needs to organise that with the line team who should hopefully be able to organise that over the next couple of weeks...I could do it myself, apparently it only pulls out...!! Then there is the question of the cosmetic surgery to correct my ear. Have to wait a month to make sure no infection comes back, but after that I can name the day...as long as it's a Thursday!! Can't wait to get it sorted - am as deaf as a post at the moment, so if you wish to talk, please stand directly in front of me!!

So, all in all, it shouldn't be too long now before I have an excellent face...
