My line nearly blocked again today...terrific! It's only being flushed through twice weekly...apparently to stop it blocking...hmmm. Narrowly avoided another 2 hour trip to the hospital by jumping around with my arms in the air. Might have looked a bit of a tit, but it did the trick in the end...shame it's gone a bit manky. Minging!!

A friend was supposed to be coming to visit for the weekend, but she decided because of the high winds it wasn't safe to drive the 200 miles to get here. Disappointed about that - every time we meet up it's a bit like a reunion and we have such a laugh...just what I need at the moment - there appears to be a bit of laugh drought. She says she'll be up early tomorrow and will check the weather again and leave early if there's any improvement. Hope so.

Think I missed a blood test appointment yesterday. Every day seems the same at the moment, what with me not doing anything so, technically, it's not my fault... Tried ringing the doctors today several times, but the phone just kept on ringing and ringing. Will try again on Monday. Am back to see the doctor on Thursday next week so need to get them done.

Hospital on Monday...please tell me this line can come out!!!
