Here I am, made it through another day without him. I am getting stronger as the days go by. It is still hard, but I believe I can do it!! I can make a life without him. I look forward to new dreams, new love, new famiy, new memories, new mistakes, new lessons, new LIFE!!!! Although my life may be difficult for the next year or two, I am excited. I have a lot to look forward to. I haven't decided if I want to be friends with him once this is all said and done. I don't know how I can, he broke my heart and tore my family apart. You just don't do that to the ones you love. I am still working on forgiveness, maybe then I can be his friend. I can, and will, be civil to him and friendly...but friends...that's another story. Wish me luck!!! :>) We are all FABULOUS!!!X,O

Jenn, you sound really good. You\'re excited about your new life and journey. You\'ve got so much ahead of you. I think you\'re very lucky to be in this frame of mind at such an early stage. We all need to believe this as it\'s true and if you put it out there it will come back to you in so many ways.
I don\'t know how we close and forgive. You think he\'s with somebody else now? My stbx said there \"was\" somebody else and he felt so guilty that he had to leave and really wanted to be alone. The woman who I had suspicions about is now dating him. I am a very spirtual person and feel until I have closure and forgivenss I can\'t really put these feelings away in the box. LIke you said he broke your heart and tore apart your family. HOW DO WE FORGIVE THIS?????

My stbx still wants to be friends also but how do you have a friend that can cheat and lie to you? I know God says for us to forgive but it is extremely hard at times.
Noone says you have to forgive right away, do it at your own pace. You are not on his time table anymore, and you are not alone!!
I agree with JennyN. I am a very forgiving, forbearing person. If I saw my stbx now, I would throw every egg in the fridge at him. He would hate that too. He\'s very neat.
