The author is Krishna Murti. The sexual abuse has really messed with my mind. I have to get out of there. I try to chill out in my heart. Things are a lot clearer there. Love is a powerful thing to have.

Love is the only force that heals - I think. I am so sorry for your situation. I am just beginning to know how the sexual abuse damaged me but I know that talking will help the healing. The best of luck to you on your healing journey.
