My bronchitis is finally lifting after a second course of anti biotics and steroids, fingers crossed in a fw days it'll be gone completely and I'll be able to get back to do everything as normal.  My only problem now is, the depession that comes with being so ill. I seem to be slippng further and further each day, I wake up crying, I go to sleep crying, in between the sleeping and crying I cry some more. I don't want to go out, or I do want to go out but I don't want to go places where people might see me, I've allowed my  7  year old to walk to school alone for the first time because I can't face going out the house and the possiblity of seeing people. I don't know who to turn to anymore. I don't want to tell my husband, he'll worry and he has enough worry going on just now, he has no job as of the end ofthis month and is concerend with that, i know if i told him how I feel he'd march me off to the shrink and I'd risk being put into hospital and him losing his job early and all the benefits with it. I come across all happy and jolly on the outside when inside I'm slowly dying, I've lost all feeling, I'm even losing the will to cry. The tears are starting to dry up and there's nothing but numbness left.

Hey, luv....so often for me after something I\'ve been looking forward to for SOOO long is over, I fall into a depression. The excitement and anticipation is over. All of the hustle-bustle is gone, and you\'re left with your ordinary life.

That was me last year after our trip of a lifetime to England and France!! All that planning and excitement, and when it was over, I was done-for. I had a feeling it would happen because I know myself now. The more I look forward to something, the more depressed I\'ll be when it\'s over. I just can\'t be happy that I got to experience it. Do you think that maybe this is what you\'re going through? Just sadness that the excitement of all that was involved is over? Anyone would understand that.

Try to think of all the wonderful things you are blessed with....I know it\'s so hard to do when you\'re feeling the way you are. If you want to talk, I take my lunch when it\'s 6:00 pm your time. Probably the worst possible time for you, huh? Maybe on Sunday sometime? I was going to say Saturday, but my sister and I are going Christmas shopping! Sorry! Just honestly, let me know if you wanna talk!

Sweetie, oh I am so sorry you are going through this. You must feel helpless. You really should be honest. It could get worse. Do something nice for self. I making christmas ornaments and I feel really proud of myself. Do something to make you feel proud of yourself. huggis

Sometimes it is BETTER to fake it because sometimes you really need to \"fake it until you make it.\" You can actually trick your mind and body into thinking it\'s getting better so don\'t feel like you are lying to your new hubby. You are simply trying a new tactic, not to succumb to the depresion that may or may not be coming on. Fight it!! Do not give in to it. Do everything you\'d normally do if you weren\'t feeling awful Keep up with the laundry, shopping and dishes. I know that\'s not easy but it\'s all part of the fight. Don\'t give into the naps. Keep up the hard work and I promise it will pay off. HUGS, Joanne
