Physio went well. When I say well, it's not something miraculous and now I can walk, but hopefully it's helping. Yesterday they strapped up my foot and ankle to try and teach the muscles and nerves the right way to walk. For the past 3 months when I put my left foot to the floor it just turns inwards. She's ordered me a splint to try and help strengthen it more at the same time as helping me walk some more. My physio was lovely, she said I'm not ready to attempt to walk alone yet, but hopefully soon I will get the feeling back in my leg and foot and she's ready to teach me how to do it.The only problem with physio is the pain. I know it's all for a good cause and without the physio I'd be nowhere nearer to walking, but the pain afterwards is unbelievable. I couldn't sleep last night and I put that mainly down to the pain they left me in.I couldn't get comfortable, if I moved it hurt, if I lay still it hurt. So I cried. I cried so much I exhasuted myself and eventually although I have no idea when, I fell asleep.Today the pain is still there. I'm still struggling to get through it, but I'm feeling quite positive. I'm going to spend the day resting and see if that helps me any.
