I feel quite good today. I've done something for someone that I thought was really nice, and hopefully it'll help them progress further in life and make both of us happy. It was my son's nativity today I was so proud of him. He was a king, and said his line perfectly, although he did spend all the time he was on stage waving and pointing and generally shouting 'mum'I've finished and handed in all my assignments and am now on to next terms. I'm finally getting myself organised and my life back on track I have a doctors appointment tomorrow, I'm going to ask to be referred back to the SI help group. Last time I wasn't ready. Now I am it's been 8 days since I've cut. It doesn't sound a lot but I'm proud of myself for that. I've been tempted a few times but somewhere inside me I've found the strength to pick something else up and concentrate on that for a short time. I'm also going to ask for another psychiatrist. I really don't like mine, he's got this new obsession with trying to rediagnose me with something. He's all about labels, I mean do I really need any more labels? I'm bipolar II, a selm harmer with bulimia. I'm also diabetic type 2 and have epilepsy, along with being in remission from cervical cancer. Doesn't he think this is enough? I'm sick of people constantly telling me what  a shit time I've had, how unlucky I am etc, without him adding labels to me
