I'm so sick of crying. I feel like I've not stopped crying the whole day. So I went to my gp, told him how I was feeling etc, which s really ard because I hate saying things out loud, I mean I'm fine writing them down but actually speakingthem just makes them so much more real, anyway I told him about waking up and not feeling like I'd slept, wanting to cut myself etc etc, all I really wanted was something to sleep a peaceful sleep but instead he started delving. I hate it when they do that.So I'm sat in the chair and he's asking me all these questions, I'm trying my best to keep it together and th en he goes so have you thought any more about confronring the man that abused you? My reply 'he's dead he died a few weeks back' so he just looks at me. And I mwan like really intently stares at me. How do you feel about this? What am I supposed to say? Oh I'm glad he's dead I hated him? So I just sort of burst into tears and lost it. I sort of blacked out and don't remember much apart from walking out to the car and being told I had an emergency psych appointment. After a few minutes I came back from wherever I was and felt fine. I keep blacking out. I have scratches all over me which I assume I did. The on call psych was lovely. He wants to try me  on new meds, slowly fade out lithium and bring in something else. I'm quite scared. I feel sttled on lithium.I came home and felt ok until I had to go to asda. I cried in  the mddle of asda. I felt so stupid. I wonder why people stare at me in the middle of asda now I know, if you cry because there's no bread people will stare
