I saw rick about two hours and we talked about the diffence between isolation and independence...MY GRIPS CAME TODAY!!!  I had to go pick them up cos the post man didnt want to leave them with no one home!!! I can't wait to try them out at gymnastics tonight. They are a bit tight around my fingers but I read that the leather stretches over time so I don't want to make the hole any bigger. I brought some scales today, I put them on my carpet and haha, it said I was something like 53kg! but then I worked out that they are true on hard floors..oh dear haha I nearly died of shock. I was using the old machanical scales before and they were inacurate by 2kg the whole time. I was happy about that. Tomorow I have no school so I am going swimming and going to help my grandad pack some boxes, (he can't lift them). And I have work tomorow..not looking forward to that.  I went running yesterday and messed up my ankle again but I am still going to go to gym tonight. Other than that theres nothing much else.
