in my thigh is a massive lump bigger than a tenis ball and i know its cellulitis but i cant tell anyone cos of my cuts in my thigh. hmm what else can i do? its getting sore to walk. :S
It sounds more like and abscess than cellulitis. You need to see a doctor and get it taken care of no matter the cuts. All waiting will do is make things worse.
