Happy Easter!
I didn't do much today. I went for a walk, and that felt good. I walked a mile and a half in about 42 minutes. That's about 28 minutes per mile. I'm starting out better than I did last time I started out with the couch to 5K program. When I first started it, I was doing a mile every 30-32 minutes. I'm just glad to be under the 30 minute mark. It was nice to get out of the house and walk. I didn't want to do it at first, but after a while it was nice. I walked fast at first, and if I had just done the mile I'm sure I would have had a better time than 28 minutes, but I didn't. I wanted to push myself a bit and walk more. Walking is all I really did today.
Well, I did read some of a book... I'm reading Blaze by Richard Bachman (aka Stephen King). Yes, I am a big Stephen King fan. That's how I met Geo, on a Stephen King forum. It's going to be 7 years now in a couple of months that we've been together. It seems like forever on one hand, and just a minute on the other. All I know is that I can't imagine my life without him now. I don't want to. He's a great friend to me, and helps me a lot. I love him more than words can say. He's been there for me through thick and thin, and I want to be with him for the rest of my life.
Food today was okay... I was low on my calories, but I might eat something later to make up for it. I'm trying to get in my calorie range daily, but it's so hard. I want to stop eating once I get to the 1,200 calorie mark or around there, but I'm supposed to be eating a minimum of 1,400 calories daily. I can go all the way up to 1,850 calories, but that just seems insane to me. At least when I'm at home. I find it hard to get to 1,400, not to mention almost 1,900. Oh well. I'm still losing weight, and I'm not sick. Mood today was good... I had a little slippage mentally, but managed to get back. I slept good last night, got a lot of sleep. I've been tired throughout the day, but it's not too bad. I didn't take a nap like I wanted to, but I didn't get out of bed until after 1:30, so I wasn't missing much. Hopefully I can fall asleep fine tonight... I don't see why it would be a problem, but my sleeping issues don't seem to have a pattern. Anyway, I'm off for the night!

I\'m the same way. I\'m always to lazy or whatever to go out and walk but once I do I really enjoy it. So good for you that you went.
I LOVE Stephen King. Did you read the Dome yet. If not you have to, it\'s awesome.
Add me to the LOVE Stephen King list!
Glad you got out for that walk today. It is so easy to put exercise off until it never gets done.
