Some more steps about how I plan to achieve this:-
- be kind to the others
- be patient
- do not believe everything that the others are saying (i am new, so should not get involved in criticism and that too negative ones )
- find a role model
- listen and take notes of everything that is being said
- be active and attentive
- be confident
