A woman I met on an airplane once told me that the best advice I can get is from myself. She said to envision myself nearing the end of my life looking back to now - and find out what I would tell myself about the best way to live my life. It is interesting - I would tell myself to relax and enjoy life - it doesn't last all that long and nothing is all that important except to love the ones I love. To make sure I pay attention to those who I care about. I can't imagine anything more important nor can I imagine anything that feels better than being loved. Feeling loved has light all around and it lifts me above the nonsense of life - there is nothing better..
